"Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God." (Ruth 1:16b) Ruth clings to Naomi and chooses loyalty, kindness, and love - a reflection of their God. So, they stretch the bounds of love and family, and their lives are changed forever. May we reflect! GOD GIVES US PEOPLE TO LOVE.

God sees the need and asks Jonah to go on God's behalf. "Should I not be concerned about that great city?" God calls. Jonah runs away. What's the concern on your heart and call on your life? And will you go for God?" THERE IS SOMETHING IN YOU THAT THE WORLD NEEDS.
Sunday, August 25 - Lesson #3 DANIEL AND THE LIONS
God's people in exile needed a word of hope - a revelation - a message that God does not leave them. Enter Daniel with the lions. "So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no kind of harm was found on him, because he trusted in his God." (Daniel 6:23b) Daniel is a hero of hope when times are excruciatingly hard. Life can get hard. We know that God can be trusted. TRUST GOD AT ALL TIMES.
Sunday, August 18 - Lesson #2 NOAH'S ARK
"When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth." (Genesis 9:16) God makes a covenant with God's creation grounded in love and relationship and promises to remember. We are not alone. Let's show others that they are not alone either. GOD DOESN'T FORGET US.
Sunday, August 11 - Lesson #1 CREATION
"God saw everything that God had made, and indeed, it was very good." (Genesis 1:31) Out of love God created, and God declared creation good. See the good that God sees - in yourself and in others. See with the eyes of compassion and love. SEE THE GOOD THAT GOD SEES.
