| Monticello UMC Weekday School Ministry Registration and Enrollment Information |
Parents interested in enrolling their child in the Weekday School Ministry program can do so from March 1 on.
Simply follow these easy steps.
1. Complete the appropriate color coded form for each child you are enrolling. Green is for church members, yellow
is for returning students and siblings, and white is for all others. Form may be picked up at the church office or printed
out using the Easy Print Button above. (Form will open in Microsoft Word Document). Sample form is available for
viewing below.
2. Attach a check for the Registration Fee to the form for all children you are enrolling. Registration fees are $80 for
the first child and $70 for each additional child. The fees are refundable until June 1, 2008.
3. Return the registration form(s) to the church office or mail them to: Director of Weekday School Ministries
Monticello UMC, 308 Island Ford Rd. Statesville NC 28625.
Confirmation
Confirmation letters will be mailed on the 15th and last day of each month. If space is not available for your child, a
waiting list will be maintained, fees will be returned and notification will be sent if an opening becomes available. The
waiting list will be based on a first-come-first-served basis for each class.
Tuition
The first tuition payment is due by August 15, 2008. Tuition payments will be made on a month in advance schedule
for the remainder of the year (nine payments in all).
Tuition for the 2008-2009 School Year will be as follows:
MWF 2’s $105 mo.
MWF 3’s $100 mo.
MWF 4’s $95 mo.
Dates
The program will begin September 3, 2008 and will operate until May , 2008. We will run on the Iredell-Statesville
student calendar with breaks and holidays being the same. An information packet will be mailed to you mid-August.
Open House will be scheduled for the week before Weekday School begins for you and your child(ren).
